NV Mijas Real Estate is based in the picturesque, white
village of Mijas Pueblo, on the Costa del Sol, in Spain.
We specialise in properties in, or near, our village.
What's New?
We are now going through the process of updating all of our
advertising material to comply with a relatively new Spanish law.
The law is known as Decree 218/2005,
which was introduced by the Government of Andalucía to improve
the information provided to consumers such that their rights are
maintained.
This exercise will temporarily affect the content of this website, in
that we have had to remove all properties for
sale and rent until we comply with the law.
Gradually, as we collect all of the relevant information for each
property, the property portfolio will grow back to our normal level.
We can still provide our normal service to you via telephone.
As always, we are ready to help you find your ideal
property in, or near the village of Mijas Pueblo, whether it is a small
flat, a penthouse apartment, a townhouse or a villa with a private
swimming pool.
Please revisit us regularly to check for additions.
